Laurie is delighted to inaugurate BRAVO PRODUCTIONS INC. two seasons after starting a local performing arts organization for children. For fourteen years prior to that she produced over 60 shows from the Broadway repertoire with pre-professional children and teens at Musical Theater Center in Rockville. An alumna of Northwestern University, her career has included feature films in Hollywood with Roger Corman and news and documentary production for local (three Emmy awards), national (Telly and Cine Golden Eagle awards) and international television (French Antenne 2). She is currently developing projects for both Broadway, Off Broadway and abroad and divides her schedule between Washington and New York. A member of The League of Professional Theatre Women and Women in Film, she has been an Adjunct Member of The Broadway League and a graduate of the Commercial Theatre Institute. Laurie has produced shows for the New York International Fringe Festival, the New York Musical Theatre Festival and has been an investor in Dr. Seuss’s The Grinch, NERDS and Catch Me If You Can.
